another exco member approached me today, wanted me to be her successor as financial controller.
i told her the president was 1 step ahead of her, and i rejected him. so in order to be fair, i have to reject her as well, even though 她这么看得起我。

i'm feeling very peaceful tonight
haven't had that feeling for a very long time


and something very amazing happened!
i was trapped in the lift!
12 of us trapped in the cck community centre lift!
and in the end it was the civil defense who came to our rescue!
my keat hong ppl were so farnie inside the lift while we were trapped!!! kept making jokes and caused every1 to laugh so hard! used more oxygen in the end...
A: hello, is this the lift company? we've got 12 ppl trapped here! send someone over quickly! ok bye...
after 10 minutes...still nobody came to our rescue....
A: hello, can u send someone here ASAP? someone gonna faint soon...(cos we were laughing so hard)
B: (in the background) fainted...fainted....
C: (in the background)MP is in the lift!!!
D: got MP meh?
E: no lah! u say MP inside then they'll be faster mah!
F: i'm the MP....
everybody: wahahhahahahahahahhhaah

then stanley and junhao were outside the lift, trying to pry open the door..
but of cos cannot la...the door is solid as gold..

my sunday began by bringing my 2 lovely cute and entertaining cousins to vivo to shop for their cny stuffs. after tt met up with jingjing and we FInallY tried the long awaited yet worth the wait patisser cakes!!!
the strawberry cognac and the mango basil were just heavenly. the chef did a great job mixing the flavours of stuff "you'll nv think of putting them in cakes". found another option for getting bdae cakes! and the lunch at the authentic jap ramen shop was another surprise and contentment. it was as good as those i tried in japan! and definitely not as saltish as the one i tried at the Central...and i love the ramen! the ice-cream ended our meal off nicely.


after our sinfu makan, we made our way to the day's highlight(actually the food was the highlight instead, cos they were up to expectations)
it was 8 months since i last stepped into SCH. for jingjing, it was like the last syf?? lol i shall not disclose the name of the co which we watched to protect her identity. this's to prevent me from reliving the "tong4 ku3" memories of 2hours.

the 1st song they played was the syf piece we played during syf...and the moment the pai2 gu3 came out, i asked jingjing "did they tune a not?"
more minutes went past and we were more certain they did not.
as more More minutes were gone, we realised how good our percussions were last time. yes, xu weiming and wenchang were good( realising it now isn't too late ya? hahaha) fell asleep many times during the 1st half.
not to mention the cui emcees. jingjing wanted to snatch the mic from them both and speak for them instead. practically, we were frowning and laughing most of the time.

then it was the interval, jingjing fled at the only chance. no la, she has work tml. but she did the right thing. cos the 2nd half got more head shakes from me..the only audible pieces that night were zhan tai feng and the percussion qi zou. but the dizis spoilt the qi zou!! think they were really redundant. oh, and i saw MANY familiar faces from my co up on stage. most of them were either guest performers or alumni. now i understand why they nv differentiate their identities on the programme booklet. if not u'll be seeing stars everywhere.

as the concert approached the end, my heart felt lighter. the emcee did the only right thing for the night to announce the concert over. but the worst scenario happened...some cmi XPYs started to scream encore! i was like "NOooooooooo............." and many ppl started to scream names..."violet" "XXX" "YYY" "ZZZ" my frens sitting beside me suggested, "CL, u want to shout too? 你喊啦，你喊'F-you'.... " the 3 of us burst out laughing...luckily my laugh sustained throughout the encore. when i finished laughing, the concert really ended...
